RadiantSail works with clients in the Arab Gulf and has delivered projects across Abu Dhabi, Amman, Balamand, Dammam, Dubai, Jeddah, Jubail, Kuwait City, Manama, Muscat, Riyadh, Salalah, and Sohar.

Story
Nathan Heckman was working at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) when he noticed something remarkable.
Between 2004 and 2011, Arabic became the second most requested language for translation by patients and their families. While Arabic was previously one of the top ten languages requested, its sudden rise in demand was driven by an increase in patients from the Arab Gulf.
Having been raised in the Middle East, and as an Arabic speaker himself, Nathan recognized the many cultural and physical challenges families would have when coming to the United States for the first time. He volunteered to support families from the Arab Gulf with their housing, dietary requirements, and other needs as they entered a new culture. Nathan was also tasked with welcoming delegations visiting CHOP from the Arab Gulf, and began offering intercultural training programs to clinicians so that they could better support the patients and families they served.
During this time, Nathan was enrolled in a three year executive education program at the Wharton Business School (University of Pennsylvania), where he conducted primary research on the healthcare and education systems of the Arab Gulf.
Eventually, Nathan and his family moved to the region to establish RadiantSail, a management consulting company dedicated to supporting the development of healthcare and education in the Arab Gulf. Now in its eleventh year, RadiantSail has built a dynamic team of seasoned professionals and delivered dozens of projects across seven countries in the private and public sectors.
