Mohammed Bin Rashid University Hospital
 

Managed comprehensive review of clinical, operational and facility planning for MBRUH in light of the rapidly evolving healthcare marketplace in the GCC. Working with Longwood, 21 clinical services were evaluated in the course of the planning review.  Interviewed clinical subject matter experts across six Centers of Excellence (Cardiovascular Disease, Oncology, Metabolic Disorders, Digestive Diseases, Women’s Health and Neurosciences) and Clinical Laboratories. 

Arabian Gulf University / King Abdullah Medical City
 

Managed Clinical Program Visioning with faculty from Arabian Gulf University and Harvard Medical School.  Working with Longwood, reviewed five clinical specialties: pediatrics, surgical medicine, women’s health, general medicine and ambulatory services, and medical education. 

University of Balamand

 

Managed comprehensive review of facility planning for the University of Balamand considering the rapidly evolving healthcare marketplace in Lebanon. Working with Longwood, developed recommendations for clinical and operational planning, facility design and construction, financial planning, governance and organizational design.

Ministry of Health 
 

Managed Central Sterile Supply Department (CSSD) analysis and recommendations for 275 hospitals in Saudi Arabia.  Working with Huron and Longwood, the effort involved a comprehensive study of the Central Sterilization Divisions in the Health Facilities of the Ministry of Health.

Procare Riaya Hospital
 

Managed development of a comprehensive feasibility study that assessed the current facility and plans for a future expansion.  This Abdul Rahman Saleh Al Rajhi and Partners commissioned study focused on reducing redundancies, creating efficiencies, and optimizing a master plan that would support the institution in pursuing its JCI goals.  Working with Longwood, developed a detailed plan that optimized staff operations, elevated patient centered care, and provided flexibility to accommodate ongoing programs  in a modular design. 

Taiba Hospital

Managed the development of a comprehensive facility feasibility study that assessed the current facility and provided recommendations for the future expansion of revenue generating clinical programs.  Working with Huron, a detailed operational assessment and strategic growth plan was delivered in a phased approach. 

Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu

Managed comprehensive evaluation of Royal Commission Hospital for every department across a phased design and construction effort to realize institutions long term goals.  Evaluated newly renovated phase 1 in context of internationally accepted facility guidelines.  Evaluated phase 2 which was currently under construction, providing detailed recommendations to maintain operations of facility, and minimize impact on adjacent departments and patient flow.  Evaluated phase 3 and 4 which were in design but not yet under construction, providing detailed recommendations.

Dubai Healthcare City Links

Managed the review of links between the Mohammed Bin Rashid University of Medicine and Health Sciences, Al Jalila Foundation Research Center, and the Mohammed Bin Rashid University Hospital.  Working with Longwood, developed a design that optimized the integration of three buildings into one campus; underlining the strategic tripartite relationship between academic, research, and clinical functions.  

Bank Muscat
 

Managed development of Small and Medium Enterprise Academy for the leading financial services provider in Oman.  The Academy is ongoing and has provided content to small business owners in Arabic and English across three cities for four years.  Working with Harvard Business School Publishing, the Project Management Institute, and McKinsey & Co. the program content was contextualized for the local market.

Managed implementation of a national small and medium enterprise training program.  Working with Princes Trust International, developed training for mentees and liased with government bodies, small and large corporations, and key stakeholders across industry on this multiyear "Inspire and Celebrate" Mentorship Program.   

AIG

 

Developed Small and Medium Enterprise startup training as part of AIG's corporate social responsibilty.  Working with CISCO's "Starting a Business " program, material was localized for the GCC market, and delivered as a public course; measurably impacting a dozen family enterprises.   

OMIFCO

 

Coordinated Small and Medium Enterprise program as part of Oman India Fertilser Company's corporate social responsibility efforts.  Working with Inspired Solutions, liaised with government to ensure program had "buy-in" through the appropriate channels.  The program measurably impacted ten small enterprises.   

PACE - LIVENGOOD

 

Managed GCC client engagement for US based medical device manufacturer. Developed strategy to engage clients on importance of patient centered care, patient mobility, and surge capacity. Liaised with public and private hospitals across GCC, demonstrating effectiveness of PACE.

Engaged from design review through to commissioning.  Working with The Research Council, this student-led effort was developed over a period of 3 years. Together with faculty from the University of Maryland, Pennsylvania State University, and the University of Colorado, the project was executed as part of a national sustainability competition based on the US Department of Energy's Solar Decathalon.

German University of Technology
 

Engaged from design review through to commissioning.  Working with The Research Council, this student-led effort was developed over a period of 3 years. Together with faculty from the University of Maryland, Pennsylvania State University, and the University of Colorado, the project was executed as part of a national sustainability competition based on the US Department of Energy's Solar Decathalon.

Startup MENA

As part of RadiantSail's commitment to supporting Small and Medium Enterprises in Oman, mentored 10 startups through the GCC Pitch Challenge.  Selected finalists represented Oman at the GCC wide event, and RadiantSail continued to provide direct mentoring support to the finalist over a period of one year.

RIYADA Mentor Program

As part of RadiantSail's commitment to supporting Small and Medium Enterprise development, mentored entrepreneur through a structured government sponsored program for a period of one year.
